Friday Harbour Catch Basin Cleaning

Friday Harbour, a premier resort community north of the GTA, called us in to address drainage issues across their property. Multiple catch basins and manholes were showing signs of blockage, with water pooling in parking areas and walkways.

The Problem

The resort property had several clogged catch basins and manholes that were causing water to pool in high-traffic areas. With guests and residents using the property daily, the standing water was both a safety concern and an aesthetic issue for the community.

Our Approach

Our crew arrived with a fully equipped vacuum truck and systematically worked through every catch basin and manhole on the property. We pumped out accumulated sediment, flushed connecting pipes with high-pressure water, and inspected the drainage infrastructure for any structural issues.

The Result

All drainage points were restored to full functionality. The property management team was impressed with the speed and thoroughness of the work. We provided a detailed condition report for each basin and recommended a seasonal maintenance schedule to keep the resort’s drainage in peak condition.
